Willliam Higgins graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in 2006. Serving others has always been on Bill’s heart. He served as usher, assistant head usher and head usher of Prayer and Healing School during his time at RBTC. After graduation, Bill served as a Healing Tech at Rhema’s Prayer and Healing Center.
Also, for 13 years, Bill served as part of the Healing Team from Rhema Bible Church teaching on the Biblical Principles of Divine Healing at the world-renowned Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Bill currently teaches healing classes at the Rhema Bible Training Colleges in Kenya and Zambia. Bill is a published author of “The Healing Works of Jesus”, an inspiring and concise reference of the healings Jesus performed in the four gospels.
