Distinguished Ministry Leader and International Bible Teacher
William (Bill) Higgins is a distinguished ministry leader and international Bible teacher with a passion for healing and wholeness. Born to retired (deceased) USAF Lt. Col Robert N Higgins III, who served as a pilot during both WWII and the Korean Conflict, Bill grew up on a ranch in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
Bill's commitment to service continued when he joined the USAF during the Vietnam conflict and served as a B-52 Crew Chief. After his time in the military, Bill pursued a career in ministry, and in 2006, he graduated from Rhema Bible Training College. During his time at Rhema, Bill served as a Healing Tech at the Prayer and Healing Center at Rhema Bible Church. He also taught at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa, OK, for 13 years, and was part of the Healing Team at RBC.
As an International Bible Teacher, Bill has taught at the RBTC's in Lusaka, Zambia, as well as in Mombasa, Nairobi, and Kisumu, Kenya. He is deeply committed to sharing the transformative power of God's love and grace with people from all walks of life, and he continues to serve as an inspiration and mentor to those seeking healing and wholeness.
